If The World Looked Up To Me

November 26th, 2010 10:56 am

If  the  world looked up to me I’d make it a better place.  There would be kindness, love, joy, hope, and confidence in everyone.  Nobody would have anger, fear, or guilt.

If the world looked up to me I’d make it a funner place.  Every child would have a bike, a computer, a tree-house, and a TV.  Every house would have a pool, an obstacle course, and a moon bounce to be built.

If the world looked up to me I’d make it a calmer place everyone would have a hot tub, a massaging chair, a cool fan, and a warm quilt.

That’s what I would do if the world looked up to me!

The Day I Tackled Dinosaurs

November 20th, 2010 9:57 am

The day I tackled dinosaurs I was very scared. I’ll be glad to tell you

about it, though! I was sitting at my desk in school like a normal kid

would when out of nowhere a blue spiral circle popped up, everyone

screamed and ran away, even my teacher! I, on the other hand,

came up to the circle and poked it. When I did, it sucked my whole

body up! As I swerved through what was a blue hole one of those

weird flying dinosaurs flew by with a paper in it’s mouth, and dropped it

right in my hands! I looked at it and it read:

To get out of this blue hole tackle me, then talk to Tee Tee the T-rex!

I tackled the flying dinosaur and it took me to it’s time ,dropped me, and flew back into the

blue hole. I was alone, then I thought I HAVE to find Tee Tee to get home! Off I went, and sure

enough without any trouble I found Tee Tee. Tee Tee also had a paper in his mouth, and

dropped it in my hands. I looked at it and it read:

Tackle me then talk to Martha the mammoth.

I tackled Tee Tee, and he took me back through the blue hole to

mammoth time, He dropped me, and went back into the blue hole. I

was alone, but easily I found Martha. She too had a paper in her

mouth, and dropped it in my hands. I looked at it and it read:

Tackle me then talk to Sash the saber tooth.

I tackled Martha, and she took me to a cave, trumpeted, and left. Right

when she left, Sash came out. He had a paper and dropped it in my

hands. I looked at it and it read:

Tackle me.

I looked at him, and he flipped the paper over,it read:

Are you ready to go home?

I shook my head yes and we left.

When I got out of the blue hole, Sash was gone , but I was sitting at my

desk in school, like a normal kid would, like nothing had ever

happened!

If Trees Could Speak

November 20th, 2010 9:36 am

If trees could speak I bet they would tell wonderful stories to children. One tree might

tell about surviving a hurricane, another might tell how it narrowly escaped being cut

down. One tree’s story may be particularly interesting though,so here’s one I’d listen

to. The tree would say “I was sitting around like a normal tree would, when I felt the

ground rumble. I saw a HUGE T-REX heading straight toward me! I knew T-Rex didn’t

eat plants, but it could knock me over! Luckily, just then a strong gust of wind swayed

me to the opposite side of the path the T-Rex was taking. Whew!!! That is why I am

still here today!” I’m sure after that all of the children listening would smile, clap ,and

cheer. That is what I think would happen if trees could speak!

Remember Winter Wonderland

November 20th, 2010 7:00 am

Remember winter and it’s icy winds whipping across the plains!

Recall winter and it’s bellowing blizzards frightening us and my 3 great danes!

Reflect on winter and the frantic flu catching so many including some who use canes!

But do not lock these bad thoughts up in chains for I can think up many ways these thoughts make winter a

snowy, blowy WONDERLAND!!!
